Culture
Culture fit is the glue that holds an organization together but what does culture really mean and how should it be assessed within the Search process? When applied to a candidate, culture often translates to personality or style. When applied to an organization, culture describes how values and behaviors get things done and how decisions are made. Before Clean Energy Talent engage with any Search mandate, we work closely with hiring teams to understand what the core beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that make up the organization are. We identify and understand critical characteristics that will integrate well within the organization and be imperative to the longevity of any joining employees and retain this at the forefront of each search assignment.
Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)
Research shows that companies with ethnically diverse teams are 33% more likely to outperform on profitability and 21% more likely to have above-average profitability with gender diverse teams, so it is no wonder D&I and equality remains a hot topic for growing companies. Clean Energy Talent works closely with our clients to understand their human capital strategy and close the gap where D&I is a strategic initiative. With each Search mandate, Clean Energy Talent leverage our networks and referrals and research reputable groups dedicated to diversity to identify emerging talent from underrepresented backgrounds. We track, analyze, and report on all data derived from completed searches that result in a diversity placement, which can be qualified through several categories, including:
- Gender
- Ethnicity / Race
- Nationality
- Disability
- Sexual Orientation
- International Experience
- Veteran Status
